On Saturday 8th of October the exhibition of the Sybren Hellinga Kunstprijs will be open for public. The exhibition shows work of all the nominees of the Sybren Hellinga Kunstprijs: Eric Peter, Halla Einarsdóttir, Machteld Rullens, Milena Naef and Sanne Vaassen.

The five contestants for the Sybren Hellinga Art Prize 2016 have been selected! The jury, consisting of Bianca Stigter, Jaring Dürst Britt en Riet Wijnen, nominated the following artists: Halla Einarsdottir (1991, IS), Milena Naef (1990, DE), Eric Peter (1989, NL), Machteld Rullens (1988, NL) and Sanne Vaassen (1991, NL).
The longlist for the 7th Sybren Hellinga Kunstprijs has been announced. SYB’s programming-commitee has selected 26 artists out of 179 entries.
This year’s judging panel consists of three members, all working in the field of the arts:
Jaring Dürst Britt, Bianca Stigter and Riet Wijnen.
Between April 1 and July 15, 2016 you can apply to participate in the 7th Sybren Hellinga Art Prize.
